Custom Fee:

We are not responsible for custom fees. Items valued over $100USD may attract custom fees and charges will be reflected on your invoice based on customs charges presented to us.

Incorrect Address Fee:

Incorrect address information provided to your merchant may result in package delays. If we are able to retrieve the package an incorrect address fee will be charged.

Fragile Goods Inspection Fee:

It is required by our warehouse team to inspect contents of fragile packages to ensure it was handled with care prior to warehouse delivery to mitigate issues that may arise with the return/replacement process with your vendor.

Fragile Goods Example: TV, Monitors, Glass, Mirrors.
